The Seal IV team is comprised of veteran entrepreneurs and private sector, industry leaders representing multiple business models throughout the United States and Overseas. The team possesses a broad range of successful business experience, from business acquisition, development, structure, implementation, operation and management across multiple industries, to investment strategy, development of investment portfolios, and continued fiduciary support. Their hands-on proactive approach, industry contacts, relationships with academia, and federal involvement, have enabled them to identify opportunities and develop businesses based on market conditions across a wide range of industries within the global community.

Marshal LeMoine
Mr. LeMoine, is a proud veteran of the armed forces, spending time in both the Air Force (active duty, guard and reserve) and Navy (reserve) for 20+ years. Mr. Lemoine has expertise in developing, structuring, negotiating, and executing business operations which has translated into a well-rounded experienced venture capital professional.

Bailey Dotson

Van Torian

Van Torian is a former professional baseball player, '91-92 Atlanta Braves Baseball Organization. Upon retirement, Mr. Torian transitioned into a successful 15 year corporate career with several fortune 500 companies; such as Best Buy, Allied Signal, Hallmark Cards, Sprint, and Sprint PCS. Primarily serving as a Business Process Improvement Consultant and Voice of the Customer expert. Over the last 14+ years, Mr. Torian has specialized in supporting the launch and performance capabilities of small to midsize businesses; focused on streamlining operations, maximizing profits, reducing costs, and forging strong relationships.

Scott McBean
Communications Professional

Mr. McBean is an award-winning communications professional. He has extensive experience working with national and international companies as a marketing manager, program manager, customer experience manager, retail manager, and as a business owner. Mr. McBean also has experience with human resources, training, presenting, public speaking, and facilitating meetings, forums, and events with up to 2,000 participants in attendance. By leveraging his passion for communications, a steadfast commitment to the success of the organization, and his thirst for new knowledge and experiences, Mr. McBean raises awareness, brand recognition, loyalty, and revenue. As a patriot and with keen gratitude, he is proud and pleased to help American veterans as a part of the Seal IV Foundation team. A graduate of Kansas State University and with myriad interests, Mr. McBean and his wife Lynda and dachshund Zoe reside in Olathe, Kansas.

Chris Martin
Chris Martin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, in 1983 as a 2LT Engineer Officer. He served in numerous military assignments in Europe and the US during his almost 30 years of active duty.
Retiring at the end of 2012 as a Colonel, he now resides in Argyle with his wife of 30 years, Carolyn. Together, they have two sons and four grandchildren. Colonel Martin’s youngest son is a Captain on active duty in the Army and also has multiple combat deployments.

Martin R. Butler
Martin R Butler served on many platforms over his 30 years in the Navy. From first duty station onboard the USS Kitty Hawk CV 63, overseas at NAVHOSP Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico and ending at the Office of the Attending Physician, US Congress for his active duty. He is a graduate of the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy as the honor graduate for his class. Martin retires in June 2020 with 31 years service.
